RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your Evolue purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your order, please contact us: info@evoluebeauty.com

RETURNS

We can accept all unopened products that are returned to us within 30 days of original delivery in their original packaging and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value provided they are returned to us within 30 days of their original delivery.

REACTIONS

In the unlikely event that you experience an unwanted reaction to one of our products, please contact our customer service team who will arrange a refund or exchange (and help you try and understand the issue)

When returning your products, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered spa or retail location.

Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at an Evolue location. 

Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will apply a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the goods within 14 working days.
